Day Call Flow:

  • This database has been programmed to Ring Extensions (101-116) on (Trunks 1-8) for incoming calls.
  • Trunks will ring for 20 seconds (approx. 4 rings) which is defined to be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the Manual Night Button on Ext, 101 (Key 12) is pressed.
  • After ringing 20 seconds the calls will be answered by the InMail in Routing Mailbox 001.
  • The options the caller will have are to dial your parties 3 digit extension number at any time, or dial 0 or remain on the line to reach the operator (Ext.101).
  • If any changes will be needed in addition to this for the caller you will need to enter Program 47-13 Dial Action Table (1-Day) and add your changes here, apply, upload, save a copy of the database (File, Save As) and disconnect from PCPro. Last step is to have your client record the 001 message. From Extension 101, Press VM Soft Key, Dial 72 on the Keypad, Dial 4 on the Keypad, Enter Mailbox 001, and follow steps to record your greeting.

Night Call Flow:

  • This database has been programmed with a manual night mode switching key which is on extension 101, key 12.
  • When this is pressed, the calls will ring the Auto Attendant (Routing Mailbox 002) on incoming calls trunks (Trunks 1-16) until this button is pressed and switched back to Day Mode (screen will not say "Night").
  • Using a separate Dial Action Table (2-Night), the caller will have the options to dial their parties three digit extension, or press 0 or remain on the line to leave a message in the general delivery mailbox (Virtual Extension 250).
  • On extension 101, key 11 has been programmed to be a general mailbox key.
  • The user will be able to retrieve the messages by pressing flashing key 11 if a message has been left.
  • Last step is to have your client record the 002 message. From Extension 101, Press VM Soft Key, Dial 72 on the Keypad, Dial 4 on the Keypad, Enter Mailbox 002, and follow steps to record your greeting.

  • Extensions 101-116 have the ability to access mailbox 250 on function key #12.
